Hi, I'm Katie!
I was never the kind of person to have a "dream job" growing up. But I knew there were pieces of each job I worked that I really enjoyed (customer service, organization, scheduling, calendar management, invoicing, remote work-life balance, document proofreading and formatting, graphic design). And I've always likened myself to a great right-hand woman. I'm not leading the ship but I am helping to steer it. You put that all together and you get a Virtual Assistant.

Before coming to this career, my time as an graphic designer, operations manager, and freelance proofreader, showed me I never stop learning how to better myself and skills. My time at IUP and working side-by-side with small business owners has helped me build a solid foundation of competency with time management, marketing, and event planning for the professional world.
